This issue can happen if there is not a probe tip attached or if the tip did not get seated properly. The probe tip determines the mode selected by the probe. If you do have a probe tip attached, try removing and then reseating it.

The THDP0200 uses a TekVPI interface and won't work with the standard BNC connectors of the TPS2014B. For a high voltage diff. probe that does connect with a BNC interface I'd recommend looking at our P5200A probe, although it has slightly lower max voltage ratings and only has a 50MHz bandwidth.
