RE: TDS1000 replacement for capturing Series AC-DC waveforms
Hi,
The oscilloscopes that I would suggest are the TBS1000C or TBS2000B. I have linked the product pages to the these scopes below.
TBS1000C Digital Storage Oscilloscope: TBS1000C Digital Storage Oscilloscope | Tektronix
TBS2000B Digital Storage Oscilloscope: TBS2000B Digital Storage Oscilloscope | Tektronix -
RE: P6139B Insulator Sleeve Replacement
Hi,
The latest part number for the insulator sleeve is 204-1226-01. I don't show any distributor stock of this part, so you will likely need to order direct. To do that, you can call 1-800-833-9200 opt. 1.

RE: AM5030 Letters of Volatility
Hello ,
The information we have for declassification/memory erasure is on tek.com for the AM5030.
https://www.tek.com/en/current-probe-manual/am503-am503a-am503b-am503s-am5030-am5030s-memory-information-and-clearingAlso note the Service manual on tek.com for the AM5030.
https://www.tek.com/en/am503b-manual/am-503b-am-5030-a6300-series-instructionsFor the other requested model, we have no formal document on them as they are fairly old products. What I can say about the A6302, is it has no memory devices that could store any data.
The TM5003 was just a power supply main frame for the AM5030 no user accessible memory if any at all.
The TM5000 products were sold to TEGAM www.tegam.com, a long time ago, they may be able help you with declassification information on those products.
Manual on this web site also https://w140.com/tekwiki/wiki/TM5003 -
