RE: TDS2002C Voltage Issue
Hello,
It sounds like a default setup may have cleared the 100x attenuation set for the channel. To reconfigure the channel to reflect the external attenuation do the following. Open the channel menu > probe menu > press attenuation until it shows 100x.

RE: P5200A voltage and current probe not recognizing
Hello,
The P5200A and TRCP series of probes do not feature ways of communicating with the oscilloscope. For both of these probes you will need to manually configure the channel. These settings can be found by opening the channel menu and going to other. Both probes attenuation can be found in their datasheets.

RE: Viruses and embedded Windows7 in DSA8300
Hello,
Due to the age of the DSA8300, Windows 7 is the newest OS that was made available for it. Most of the time the best solution is to run these machines totally off network now.
Thank you.

RE: Unable to get full screen output using VGA Output on the DPO2CONN
Hello,
This is normal behavior for this scope with the VGA output. The monitor will use the resolution of the scope, which is why you are getting the 640x480. I found that changing the aspect ratio in the Display settings to 4:3 helped make the image clearer.

RE: 2022B and TekBench Issues
Hi ,
The option most people prefer for instrument control software on this scope series is called Tekscope Utility. It is a free piece of software that allows the saving and transferring of screenshots, digital and analog waveforms, measurement data, and setup files to and from the scope. It also has some data logging and command based scope control. You can take a look at it and download it here: https://forum.tek.com/viewtopic.php?t=140451
If you do proceed with the download, please follow the prerequisite section to make sure it is configured properly.

RE: MSO64 Tek Express compatibility
Hello ,
The 6 series does have various TekExpress compliance modules but it does not have one for PCIE. Formal gen2 compliance testing requires a real-time bandwidth of 12 GHz. The 6 series maximum bandwidth is 10 GHz.
While the 6 series isn't recommended for compliance for this reason, you can still see an eye with manual measurements of the jitter and eye analysis package, 6-DJA.
