Error 313 could be a Demux on the Acquisition board. If the error continues to count up every time the diagnostics is ran, then a part or parts has failed, if only shows sometimes a part or parts maybe failing. This will need to come into our Tektronix factory service center.

DPO70K scope is showing diagnostic test error acquisition 313. What is this indicating.

We need to know the scope model in question, and verison of code on it now.
