Hello,<br> I am looking for a differential probe (for MSO58) with certain specifications but I don't think there is one in your current portfolio. Could you help me with a solution?<br> <br> What I'm looking for is a 60Vpk and 500MHz-1GHz bandwidth differential probe.<br> &#160;<br> For background - I need this for measurements on the HS mosfets of DC-DC converters and inverters. The supply voltage is 43V and sometimes I get overshoots up to 55V.<br> Currently I am using TMDP0200 but I'm not content with it's performance for my use-case. The rise time of the probe is 2ns and I'm trying to measure signals with 4ns rise times (I would prefer a much higher margin of safety). I also get quite a bit of ringing and longer settling times.<br> Is it possible to go over the 42 Vpk limit of the TDP1000? (we have these probes in the lab as well)<br> Or do you have some other suggestion?<br> <br> Thank you!
