MSO72004C Upgrade to SSD with Windows 10 and USB3 Gen2 Software Suite
Hello,
I have a MSO72004C with the following software licenses:
- SVE
- HDM
- HT3
- SRENET
- USB
- SLAThe machine is currently running Win7 on a HDD, and I would like to get the machine upgraded to Win10 (or whatever the latest is) on an SSD. I would also like to add the USB3 Gen2 software license. I wanted to check with technical support about compatibility and what the correct options to order are before reaching out to sales. Would you please let me know what I would need to request quotations for?

MDO4054C Update firmware
I'm having issues while trying to import a new firmware update on my MDO4054C. I did not see the USB flash drive connection on the unit when plugged in. This is a USB 3.2 stick so I'm not sure if that is the issue.

2400 can't be identified in KickStart
My 2400 is not being detected in KickStart while connected via GPIB. When the unit is plugged in, it shows in the devices on the PC, but KickStart shows a prompt that the unit cant be identified. I've updated KickStart and tested the GPIB cables, and all of the tests were positive, so I am unsure what the issue could be.
