Unfortunately, KickStart doesn't support the RS-232 BUS and will not be accessible using that adapter.

After connecting our Keithley 2700 to Laptop via RS 232 to usb connection, the 2700 is not detected in the KickStart software. Any help in figuring out a working connection would be appreciated.

I have downloaded the C34 firmware; however, I can not simply find the Keithley Flash Wizard program to load the firmware on the device. Where can I find it please?

You can check to see if the display is failing by connecting an external monitor. If the monitor works but the display doesn't, this would indicate that the display is not functioning and requires service.

Our Keithley SCS-4200 semiconductor analyzer can power on, I can hear the sound of CPU running, but the monitor screen doesn't work and is dark. Could you please help us fix it? 

DPO2COMP is a module for the MSO2000 and DPO2000 series of oscilloscopes.
Once inserted in the proper slot of the machine, it should allow you to decode RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, and UART buses. To do so press either the B1 or B2 buttons and follow the menu to select a protocol and define a new bus.
