I have a P6139B probe that is missing the Insulator Sleeve (204-1226-xx according to Doc 071271000_Rev A) and would like to purchase a replacement.

The latest part number for the insulator sleeve is 204-1226-01. I don't show any distributor stock of this part, so you will likely need to order direct. To do that, you can call 1-800-833-9200 opt. 1.
