RE: MDO34 Firmware
I've confirmed that the firmware file in the SeriesMDO_V1_15_18_066201207.zip file is named incorrectly and is indeed titled "firmware.img" We've validated that this firmware image file, although incorrectly named, is the correct .img file. You can feel free to use this file per the installation instructions and so long as this is the only .img file in the folder, it will be loaded onto the scope. Alternatively, we are working to get the zip file contents to match the installation instructions. If you prefer to wait until that is resolved, that would work as well.

MDO34 Firmware
I bought the MDO34. I followed instructions to download the latest the firmware (V1.15.18), but the img file that holds the firmware is not included in the zip-file. Instead, there is a firmware.img file that the instructions explicitly tell you not to use. Could you please fix? -
