Thanks for your reply and the info for the software. We also need the adapters/cables for the measurement.  Are the Triax adapters/3-slot cables still available for the 2602A model? Can I get a quote for that?

Our department purchased this sourcemeter  several years ago. We want to use it to perform the I-V measurement of a solar cell device, but the computer installed with the measurement software crashed and we couldn't find the installation CD. Could you provide us the installation files so we can perform the measurement? And who is our local technical support contact staff?
