Will the TBS2102B work with 5200 diff probes?

Need part number for TPP0250 probe "witches hat"

My TDS3014C scope has corrupted firmware, and I need to download an image to fix it. It appears to download it, but do I need to send a request? Not sure. Thanks, I'm down until I fix the scope.

I am working for the calibration department at my company. We have a Tektronix MSO 4104B that we have calibrated. All of the points have come within the Tektronix specifications with the exception of one of the digital probes. The specifications show the voltage should be between 3.78V and 4.22 V and the digital probe is measuring 3.69 V. What are the options for adjustment? I have scanned through the manual and cannot find an internal adjustment to get that probe to come into tolerance. What are my options to get that digital probe back into tolerance? It is channel 8 of the digital logic probes that come with the unit.

I would like a soft case to protect my P6243 probe.  If none is available, how about the soft case for the TDP0500 probe, which is 016195203?
